Holiday Menu:
8 River’s Jerk Turkey
Spinach Casserole
Sweet and Sour Green Beans
Cranberry Fruit Salad
Crock pot Stuffing
Apple Pie
Pumpkin Pie
My family really liked the food. I felt like I was on the Food Network. It was fun cooking. I woke up @ 6:00 a.m. to start the casserole. Things went like clockwork after that. Today was a blessed day.
Things that I am thankful for:

– letting go and letting God
– my husband and kids
– our new addition to our family

Anna

This is a new picture of Anna. It is amazing what technology can do. I can see her features clearly.
Amazing.
Hubby and I were on the edge of our seats. It is confirmed two times over that we are having a baby girl. So Anna it is. Although lately… I have been thinking about Lily.

Stress-free

Spent the day cleaning. everything smells fresh and clean. Even got the kids to get involved with the cleaning. Actually….. had to yell and nag, but it worked. At this very moment, they are cleaning their bathrooms!!! I need to get a picture of it.

I also started to put up the Christmas tree. DH thinks that it is a little early (and he’s right), but I think that I will be HUGE next month and want to get this out of the way. I’m not finished with it and it will probably change a few times, but this way, I can stand back and look at it and change it until I get it right.
Now I can focus on my Holiday meal menus.
I am trying new dishes almost every weekend. My own “Iron Chef” so to speak.
There is one more thing that I really need to master.

This has been the less stress that I have been under in years!
