Well…. now that the baby is 8 weeks old it is time for me to start getting back into it!!!

I have about 20lbs to lose…. who am I kidding??? I have to lose 50lbs!!!! That number seems so unachievable…. but I will do it!!

No more fertility treatments… no more excuses…….

Here is what I am looking @ : Cardio: 6 days a week; Strength train: 3 days a week; yoga: 2 days a week. Now… all I need to do is fill in the blanks.

Also.. I must watch what I am eating…

First goal: to get back to 158lbs!!!!
