Today I will sit down and map out my workouts for next week.  The last two weeks was a total failure!! Why? I did not watch what I was eating.  I was not constant with my workouts.  My thoughts were: If I am moving that should count for something. Wrong!! because I can never outwork what I am eating!! So I need a plan.
