1. Goal is reached after 3 consecutive weigh in readings in the desired range.
2. After goal is reached– no cheat day!! immediately move to next goal range.
3. After mid-way goal reached (i.e. 165/155/145/135); purchase a reward item:
165 – New fitness DVD
155 – gold jewelry
145 – 2 nice outfits
135 – True Religion jeans/ Coach purse
4. Must stick to the rules:
clean eating/protein/fruit/veggies/drink water
5. Weigh in 1 x each week (2 x if not keeping rules)
6. Cannot drop out of the race- even if don’t “feel” like playing anymore
