Well with the new year comes letting go of old things……

I am going through my workout DVDs and VHS to decide what I want to keep on my shelf and what I want to give away. The numbers are starting to add up, so naturally, it is time to purge. But I will not let go of a DVD/VHS without actually doing the workout one last time as a way to say “good-bye”. So the next week I am going old school. I started with the FIRM and have all of the Classics (thanks Goodwill).

The FIRM week is following the posted 90-day rotation- week 1:

Monday: Body Sculpt/Ab Sculpt (2 mile run @ 11:30)
Tuesday: Not-so tough Aerobics/Jiggle-free Abs
Wednesday: Abs, Hips & Thighs sculpting (5 mile TEMPO run @ 9:20)
Thursday: Tough Tape 2/5Day Abs
Friday: Tough Aerobic Mix/Ab Sculpt
Saturday/Sunday: Firm Classics Vol. 3 (6 mile EASY run @ 11:30)

Of course the running is my added Stress-free time that I am not willing to give up right now.

One more thing that I need to finish up; I’ve been reading this book for over a month now…and it is time to finish it up. I want to complete the whole series.

We will not talk about what I will be eating!!!
