Yoga is an excellent way to reduce stress. That is why I have included more yoga into my weekly rotation.

mix of martial arts and yoga.
I really liked this workout. It was my first time doing any type of martial arts. At first, I didn’t believe that my heart rate would increase enough to get a good workout, but that was not the case. There are a lot of downward facing dogs, however, I won’t hold that against the workout. I was shaking a little by the end of the yoga poses. Then came the martial arts portion. I really liked this part. This part did make me sweat a little.
I would do this workout again.
