2 mile treadmill run @ 5:00 a.m.
So continues the 20 min in the morning Treadmill challenge. Each morning morning I will get up and do at least 20 min on the treadmill. If I don’t “feel” like running, I’ll walk until I “feel” like running, then I’ll run. The point is to make jumping onto the treadmill a habit once again. So far, it hasn’t been too bad. Since I’m a morning person, I get up before everyone else in the house in order to have some me time on the treadmill. It really makes my day better.
