This is Why You’re Fat
I will focus my attentions on the above Workout DVDs and follow the Belly Fat Cure and Jackie Warner’s This is Why You’re Fat (and how to get thin forever). I have a lot of Fitness related books and videos so, I shouldn’t have this much problems getting and staying motivated. So there is more going on here that I am admitting to myself.
2010 is not going to stay my “fat” year! I was doing so well at the beginning of the year and now it seems that I’ve fallen off the wagon. I still workout, however, I am not going at it like I know how. My workouts have lost the intensity that I like having.
But I am not going down without a fight. I have everything available to me to keep my motivation and I am going to force myself to keep to my plan until I see the results that I am looking for!!
This weekend, we had a visit from my mother-in-law and it was wonderful!! She and I have the same interest……Books, Fitness, Diet & Nutrition…….Her Son :-). So we get along wonderfully.
