Well… The last few weeks have been really good fitness wise. Morning Cardio and upper body weights have been my rotation for the last month and I am seeing some results. I just have to keep it up now that I’m home.A girlfriend took the picture above for me and I’m finally adding it to the blog. It is so beautiful.

Hubby and I spent about 10 days in Germany. I hadn’t been back there for 20 years. It was good to visit, but was better to get back to the States.

So fitness wise, I will continue to run in the a.m. and do upper body weights. Now I just have to figure how to get my stomach to go down- I’m sure that I have abs somewhere there!!!! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen them!
