Well… The last few weeks have been really good fitness wise. Morning Cardio and upper body weights have been my rotation for the last month and I am seeing some results. I just have to keep it up now that I’m home.
A girlfriend took the picture above for me and I’m finally adding it to the blog. It is so beautiful.
Hubby and I spent about 10 days in Germany. I hadn’t been back there for 20 years. It was good to visit, but was better to get back to the States.
So fitness wise, I will continue to run in the a.m. and do upper body weights. Now I just have to figure how to get my stomach to go down- I’m sure that I have abs somewhere there!!!! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen them!
