New Fitness Rotation
Rotation: After Burn Weeks 1-4:
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Strength Day 1
Tuesday: Cardio: HIIT (19 min)
Wednesday: Strength Day 2
Thursday: Cardio: HIIT (19 min)
Friday: Strength Day 1
Saturday: Cardio: HIIT (19 min)

I haven’t had the opportunity to post a workout schedule in a long while.
This rotation is from a program called After Burn. The cardio is light (57 mins) this week, however, it packs a punch because it’s 3 days of HiTT training. Three days of strength training involving circuit style exercises; squats, push ups, step-ups, seated rows, and Swiss ball crunches.
