June is here already. This year is zipping on by.

Fitness Goal for this month is to log 12 miles weekly. I’m following a fat burning plan that should last 90 days. Mostly, sprints
through out the week and endurance work on the weekend. One session of upper body strength and one session of lower body strength each week.

The new plate guidelines has inspired me to take a look at my plate and make better choices. Starting with tonight’s dinner, I tried to make my plate resemble the new guideline’s plate. The whole family got into it. Who knows, maybe this will work.
