Gym

Time to hit the gym hard again.  I am not seeing enough gains. Although I was able to run a few 10k’s… I would like to train alittle bit so that the run won’t hurt as much and the recovery time not be so long.

Today was a “Friends” day.  I remember when this show helped me to relax when I was feeling stressed.  I don’t know what kind of magic that the show has, but it works like a charm.  I put it on, and laugh as if I hadn’t seem them 1,000 of times before. There is a magic in friends that helps me to relax and laugh.
